Hello! My name is Mark Toriski and I am a writer/editor based in Chicago. I have more than ten years of experience in marketing, journalism, and publishing. This has included working for print publications, marketing agencies, businesses at the start-up and established levels, and the nonprofit sector. Though my work is varied, there's one constant: I love telling stories.
I have done this through the countless people I have interviewed as the Managing Editor for a regional publication. I have done this through the numerous clients I created content for to maximize their brand positioning. I have done this through the start-ups and small businesses I fostered and supported through marketing and business development initiatives. And I have done this, in my current role, through leading the internal and external communications for a $11M workforce development enterprise here in Chicago.
